The Process
Where you need to be when
In the initial cycle of the N-IUI program, the patient completes two steps in two months, an ‘initial step’, and a ‘completion step’. In subsequent N-IUI cycles, only the ‘completion step’ is necessary.
Because this program is so unique, we have designed it to be easily accessible to patients from all over the country. Patients living outside the Tri-State area should plan on taking two trips to visit us for their initial N-IUI, the first of three to four days duration, and the second lasting five to ten days. Subsequent N-IUI cycles will require one trip of five to ten days.

Visiting our Clinic
- Download our registration form, complete it and mail it to us signed and dated.
- We will contact you to schedule a visit to our clinic at a time, which is both convenient and in line with your menstrual cycle and other factors.
- If you live outside the Tri-State area, travel and hotel accommodations should be reserved once the date is secured.

Month 1- Initial step (3-4 days)
Hunyuan Center:
Detailed Chinese medicine evaluation for wife and husband
Nutrition evaluation and recommendations
Explanation of detailed exercise guidelines
Four weeks of herbal formulas for the woman
Two weeks of herbal formula for the man
(If male factor is established, four weeks of herbs is given to the husband and two weeks of herbs to the wife)
Coordination Fee
Dr Karol J. Chacho:
New patient consultation and medical history for both partners
Sims-Huhner Post-Coital Test
Collection of culture specimen
Initial physical exam
Explanation of BBT charting
Analysis of data and customization of individual therapy
Ordering of blood tests for specific physical data as needed
Admin and alternative medicine coordination fee
Month 2 –‘Completion step’ (5-10 days)
Hunyuan Center:
Consultation and evaluation of progress with herbs
Four acupuncture treatments pre and post IUI
Two weeks of raw herbal formulas, post insemination
Coordination Fee
Dr. Karol Chacho:
Consultation and review of charts and blood work
Semen evaluation
IUI
Prescription of natural progesterone, if needed
Admin and alternative medicine coordination fee
Fees
First cycle (including N-IUI ‘initial step’ plus ’completion step’ total): $4400
Each additional N-IUI ‘completion step’ cycle: $1550
